Disease-specific records
Lung cancer may require molecular testing and staging imaging. Gastrointestinal, breast, urologic, head and neck, neurosurgical, lymphoma, and blood cancer cases may need different specialist records.
Translation and file quality
Clear English records are easiest to organize first. If records are in another language, the coordinator may ask which documents need translation before physician or hospital review.
